Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy The Quiet Between Stars from this website. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are

2. What we sell

  • The PDF edition: a digital download of the game as PDF files.
  • The printed booklet: a physical A5 book, posted to you.

3. Ordering and payment

Checkout is provided by Payhip. Payment is taken by Payhip's payment partners, such as Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation by email.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any tax and, for the printed booklet, the cost of shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.

4. The PDF edition

  • After payment you receive a download link on screen and by email.
  • The files are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may keep copies on your own devices and print copies for yourself.
  • You may not share, resell or redistribute the files, or publish them online.
  • You have 14 days from your order to cancel a digital purchase, but this right ends once you start the download. If you have not downloaded the files and wish to cancel, contact us within 14 days for a refund.
  • If a file is faulty or will not open, tell us and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you.

5. The printed booklet

  • We aim to dispatch within [NUMBER] working days. Delivery times depend on the postal service and your location.
  • You may cancel for any reason up to 14 days after the booklet arrives. Tell us, then return it unused within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage. We refund the price and the standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving it back.
  • If the booklet arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with a photo and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
  • For orders sent outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for any import duties or taxes your country charges.
